FR intake manifold and FR 70mm TB for FI

Worthwhile (one or the other or both) for a >=350whp SVT turbo build? Or is the SVT intake manifold good enough? Thought I've heard a lot of stories of blowing them up...

That FR 70mm t/b won't work with that CFM intake manifold without some sort of adapter plate. I would just go with their 67mm t/b if you go with their manifold. Ford Racing also has a nice intake manifold and works with their 70mm t/b.

^^ Yeah I meant the FR intake mani... oops... that one looked just like it, thought it was the FR one! Lol. And yeah, the 70mm needs a spacer to fit on the FR intake mani from what I saw... would these 2 things be worth much improvement wise and durability wise?

Definitely would be worthwhile. You don't need an adapter if you use the FR intake with their 70mm t/b.

Question is... Which would be best... FR or CFM one? If any difference? Thinking on terms of durability and improvement. Hmmm.

In my opinion the FR one is the way to go , the one CFM sells wasent tested , no R&D was dont isnt built to a quality piece , nothing on CFM they just sell it and had nothing to do with it being built , if you want that kind of intake go with the j-racing but there agin those kind of intakes are not really for street cars , the FR has long runners to help with low end TQ

That jayracing one looks pretty nice, just went and took a look at it... You say it's not really for "steet use"... I intend to drive my car on the street... though not as a DD... performance wise is it superior to the FR one or comparable... just not good for periodic street driving (couple times a week)?
