prize for who gets it right?

Ok ladies and gents i have a MAJOR doozie for you.. so far talked to tom and randy and john and still have not been able to figure this thing out we need some help... heres the story... you ready?

ok for those who dont know i have a 2002 fully built and boosted focus with a full fuel return system running 15psi for my low setting and 25psi for my high setting.....about 5-6months ago car running FANTASTIC before i noticed it seemed to be loosing power.. i didnt think much of it due to it was starting to get warmer and more humid. well as time went on it started getting worse then i started getting popping and my af gauge was reading wild #s. i didnt give much thought to the af gauge due to it has been weird before and i have a j&s and it wasnt doing anything.. well after a while i noticed this car just seemed to have no real power.. my friends said its just because im used to it but i have proof that its not as fast as it used to be .. before when it was running good i could smoke the tires on my low setting at about 35 roll in second gear just rolling into the throttle and in third gear at 70 in my high setting (not dropping the clutch just rolling into the throttle) Now it will not even tear the tires loose in second gear in my high setting (same tires, clutch, everything still the same).. so my first thought was spark plugs. so i changed plugs. then i thought o2, so i changed my o2, then i thought MAF so i changed the maf. then we started datalogging found out that my fuel pressure was dropping off way low for some reason. so i went out thinking my fuel pump was bad and put a 255lph 100psi stable fuel pump in it (i figured i would go ahead and upgrade it while i was there) that seemed to help... just a little bit (instead of fuel dropping to 12psi in boost it only dropped to 40psi at 25psi of boost) Next i changed the fuel filter checked my fuel pressure regulator (with manual boost from a compressor at 30psi it held 78psi with car idling for about 1-2mins solid). then i checked my pressure source for my fuel pressure regulator hooked it to the same line my boost gauge is on and still no change. I have checked it for boost leaks and vacuum leaks. the Car leans out bad spools slow and has no power.

Now for the real strange part. on my low setting as of today when i was trying to fix this thing at 14-15 psi of boost i will hold between 58 and 60psi of fuel strong (car still leans out). but as soon as i go over 15psi my fuel pressure drops to about 52psi and will not go up with boost. and another weird thing is that it runs perfect when not in boost. and relatively good in low boost just not as powerful as it used to be and seems to lean out some of the time..

according to tom and randy and john my data logs seem ok just fuel pressure issues. Im out of ideas to try and am lost as what to do next ... please help.

ive once seen something like this and the problem was a bad injector. same thing under a light load and little bits of low boost pulls it felt and ran fine but under heavy loads it wasnt all there. the injector thst was bad just didnt wanna open at higher pressures.

the injector sounds like it would work but check your airfilter and maybe change your oil

I agree about the injector, my cousin has a fully built TransAm and for a month it ran great, then lost power. Everyone had ideas; spark, timing, tune... It was a clogged injector.
