JRSC BBK VS Turbo

I have an opportunity to buy the following:
jrsc complete kit (fresh rebuild from jackson racing, less than 15k miles)
big boost kit (includes injectors, svt airbox, 2.5in pulley, etc)
Water methanol injection kit
20 psi boost gauge
toms custom sct tune 185 whp and 155 ft lb tq. (150 ft lb torque at 1500 rpm!!)
k&n filter
67mm tb

I can get this for $1500.00. I have checked into turbo kit and it si very expensive. Do you guys think this is a good deal and what type of performance can I expect? or should I hold out and turbo my zx3, zetec with mtx75 manual trans?

You opinions and suggestions are appreciated.

a jrsc will not even come close to a turbo no matter what. its definitely worth the extra money to just get the turbo kit.

for the money, the JRSC is a great bang for the buck.

however, boost is addictive, you will want more...and spinning the JRSC any more than the BBK just moves hot air....

save up.....get a PWSC if you want to go supercharger route.

ehh.....

pound for pound at the same boost level a turbo will make far more power than the JRSC ever thought it could make.

A JRSC is a nice kick, but if you want good power, save for a turbo. I love my JRSC don't get me wrong, it's quick and reliable but it's nothing crazy. $1500 is a good price for that though, may be worth it.

X2
Some people are happy with a little more. Some people need 423 HP.
The price is nice, it's a super easy bolt on and is great fun. I have a BBK JRSC that put down 180ish at the wheels.
It's a blast to drive.
Do I hunt down Cobras? No!! But I can climb the heck out of the hills here where we live.
