PWSC on an Escape DONT LAUGH

PWSC on an Escape DONT LAUGH want to know if it can be done. ok so i have a PWSC for my focus but i just bought a 2001 Escape for cheap it has the same engine as focus 2.0L Zetec trans is different. now i already have the focus comp tuned with PWSC want to know if its threoretically possible to swap ecu's and wiring. please only serious responses i am not giving up on focus i just have bigger and better things for it than that.

it will bolt up and work but you will have to get it tuned

Do you really think id have to get another tune? because the focus computer/ecu is already tuned with the pw tune and it is a mt

I don't think the ECUs are the same.
You could email the folks that hang around here to see if they could program your ECU. (Your choice) I'm closest to McNew's in PA.

I wouldn't laugh.

Kenne-Bell has a kit for the 3.0L Duratec V6 Escapes.

you could do it but you will have to use the escape computer. since the trans is not the same, wires for the trans are going to different spots. better off just getting a tune for it.

your ecu will have a 4 number and digit code that the only way you could use the ecu but I bet you could send it to Powerworks and they could load it
but to be safe I would have it tuned.

so is it 4 wheel drive or just front wheel drive
