Spark Plug Gap (SVT JRSC)

So i bought some motorcraft Coppercores and was wondering what the best gap is

I have an 03 Svt Focus with just the base JRSC and ford racing wires

No BBK yet.

I would start at .050 and if you get spark blowout then drop to .045 and so on until you can run at WOT without getting the misfire from the plugs being blownout.

I think mine are at .045 and have been for awhile..seems to work well.
