Exclamation TURBO Cutting out Problem w/ Boost and BOV

For those who don't know:
Turbocharged @ 10psi

So today was a normal day just like any other. Hitting mild boost (5psi) city driving. Take the car home and on the way just felt like geting on it (10 Psi) 2nd gear pull to 60 then cruise. Got home running fine.

Next time I take it for a drive 4 hrs later, I hit 5psi and shifted and no BOV? Did it again then barley herd it. Instead of PPPAASHHHH!!! Its a wimpy fart just sounds like someone exhaling. Not the PPPAASSHH! sound. Also car studders in boost cuts in and out.

A/F is 10.0 - 10.3

J&S only shows 1 or 2 green sometime none (Its Random)

My theroy: Spark plugs are fowled causing the turbo to build boost but not the same volume of air to cause a PAASSHH sound? Thats the best theroy I can come up with and its not very convincing at all IMO.

Checked VAC lines to manifold/turbo/BOV/WG
Checked tailpipe for burning oil (None)
Checked MAF for water or dirt/oil (None)
Checked for BOOST leak (None)
Checked Air filter (Mild Dirty)

Im really out of Ideas and will be spending today at the shop because in 2-3days I have a dyno date & Remote Tune date w/Tom

HELP!

I did fill up right at the end of my drive....we have had flooding and I do know that some stations have water in there tanks. That explains the stutters but not the BOV?

Im thinking out loud here.......

Found one of the connectors had ripped bleeding air and vac. That explains the no BOV noise as that relieves pressure when Im off the throttle.

Still do not understand the cutting out?

Hoping Bad Gas....

Thanks for all the help guys......lol j/k

im not turbo so take this with a grain of salt.

go get a can of octane booster and put that in the tank. if it helps the cut out then never buy gas from that station again.

did you pull the spark plugs? look for carbon deposits, those could be fouling up the spark and ignition

Is your wastegate stuck open maybe?

BTW I enjoyed your description of the BOV being nothing but wimpy farts. It's not wearing a thong is it? Those tend to muffle the good farts....lol
