Powerworks for non-SVT

Anyone know why they are no longer producing the powerworks supercharger for the non-svt zetec? And does anyone know exactly what it would take to make an svt powerworks kit work on a non-svt zetec?

they were a poor seller and the company stopped production. i talked to Mark Blaha from PW a few weeks ago and he just unloaded the last ot his svt kits. as for a svt conversion i'm not really sure if it could be done.

Why not go with the ProCharger... it'll make just as much TQ and more HP than the PW.

Most of my forced induction experience has been with mustangs and i have prefered the roots/twin-screw blowers over the centrifical blowers. Does the focus procharger have the same annoying bearing whine that the mustang kits have?

So other than the powerworks there is no intercooled roots blowers for the focus, correct?
