Jrsc

Has anyone ever had problems running this on stock internals or just any problems in general?

How about the BBK on stock internals, any problems there???
(zetec)

Thanks in advance!!

O, and I have a fully built N/A build, so I will be running a bit more hp than on a fully stock motor. so what I am getting at is will I be safe???

you're saying you have a fully built N/A set up, then you ask how it will be on stock internals....I am a lil confused. But if it were on a completely stock vehi, it would still be safe and the tune that comes with the BBK ain't too shabby. But if you changed your compression, cams, things like that...you're going to need a custom tune, obviously....and yes it will be safe. This kit was designed to be a bolt-on and go set up for the average joe that wanted a reliable upgrade.

I haven't dyno'd my car, but I would guess 155 w/ all my N/A build, but it's not enough. I have everything done minus High compression pistons. I know I would need a custom tune. I am running higher than normal compression w/ about 10.3:1, just slightly higher than the svt!! I think, it's ball parked, head is decked .035". anyways, I'm just worried about having to much hp for the stock internals w/ a JRSC and BBK.

is it usually compatable w/ the BBK? I'm wondering how much hp the svt gets w/ the BBK cause I will prolly be around that. I think that is more than the stock zetec bottom end can take. If not, it wuld be pushing limits.

Not even at 12 psi? or is it 13 psi the BBK makes? I don't remember. but I should be well over 200.

BBK is 10psi. You will squeeze by 200whp with your cams and the smallest blower pulley (2.3") and the OD crank pulley plus WMI...with the right tune on 93 octane. That's pretty much all she's got in her. You could get it ported which lowers IAT's some and adds a psi or two.

I thought it would have been about 12 psi, but that is actually better because I know I am well under the breaking point limit. I still think it'll be slightly more, but I don't know, I can always be hopefull!! but we will c w/ a dyno!!
