well their is a ford racing shop in texas and i have spoken with them in the past and they have said that with the SVT you can use a dry kit as long as it is straight nitrous in the intake and not have any problems.

dry kits will work fine. i had a 50hp dry shot on my old zx3. they are 10 times easier than wet kits as well and they wont puddle up in your intake and backfire and explode your intake/mafs. all you need to do is run the line into the airbox and face it toward the mass air flow sensor. keep it far enough away that it doesnt freeze the sensor when you spray it. i would put it about a foot away from it. the mass air flow sensor will read the extra air coming in from the nitrous and compensate then add more fuel so you dont need a fuel side like a wet kit. i would only use a wet kit if it were direct port or on a speed density car. we all have had great luck with dry kits on mass air cars around here. i have a friend with a silverado that runs 175hp dry shot on his stock 5.3 for 2 years. now he has a 6.0 and is still spraying 175hp. be sure to put some autolite copper plugs in your car 1 step colder than the stock heat range and gap them around 30 thousanths so you dont burn the electrodes off the plugs. and i would put the kit either on a push button so you can spray it when you know the car is in gear or put it on a WOT switch but with a stick its easy to miss a gear and spray the car and have problems. mine was on a WOT switch after an activation switch. i would leave the hole in 1st then hit 2nd then flip the activation switch and my WOT switch was already open.

ok cool thanks for the info. what is the bigest size shot i can go. the ford racing shop said i can go up to a 100 with a timing retard and new plugs but i will probably just go with a 75.
