Help with WOT problem

I've been chasing a nagging problem for awhile now, and would like some help. Basically when I go WOT, my car starts to pull timing for some reason.
The car is a 2003 ZX3 with Powerworks. I've got SVT header, ORP, and Borla exhaust on it. The engine is stock. The car was tuned by Ray at Mcnews automotive.

I've recently replaced the fuel filter, serpentine belt, and tensioner, PCV valve, and cleaned the MAF sensor. I don't currently have a CEL on.
Recently I had a friend datalog the car for me. The timing at WOT was the only thing that was out of the ordinary. The fuel pressure was good.

I did have a code P2195, bank 1 stuck lean. Not sure if it's a pending code now or not. If the front 02 was bad, could it cause the problem at WOT I'm having? And why wouldn't it cause problems driving normally?

What else can cause it to pull timing at WOT?

Yeah, we use 93. This hasn't been a one tank problem. It's been going on for awhile now.

Have you reset the ECU lately??

If its pulling timing then somethings wrong... how are the plugs???

If your timing is a little high pulling timing would be normal , why is this an issue is something else happenign when it pulls timing ? How much timing is being pulled and what is your ECU code ? What is your AF when this happens and what is your IAT ?

The o2 is NOT used under WOT conditions for fueling

The issue is loss of power. It's got nowhere near the power it usually does.

I think the spark advance was around 11 degrees at WOT, not real sure what it's supposed to be. Not sure on a/f, or IAT. I have 2 datalog files that a friend sent me, but I can't seem to open them up. If anyone wants to see if they can open them for me, I can email them.

The spark plugs are new. I've had the problem before and after the spark plug change. And the ecu has been reset. It seems to go away for awhile after the ecu is reset, but comes back after you put more miles on it.
