Exclamation Help!! Think tensioner is hitting supercharger bracket.

Well it started with the tensioner pulley bearing going bad. so i put on a new Goodyear tensioner assembly and belt(with was the cheap one). So then it was making a clicking noise so i was thinking it was hitting the supercharger bracket. so it looked like the new tensioner had a bad spring in it, it seemed to be moving too much at low idle. So we ended up putting the new pulley on the old tensioner and it was fine for a couple days till the belt started squeaking a little at start up and sometimes when i turned the car. So i went out and bought a Goodyear gator back belt. And it was fine when i first put it on, let it sit at idle put the air ect... Then i drove it ten minutes later and its making that noise again at a red light. When we first put the tensioner on we took the bracket off the s/c which we didn't have to, but there is a flat side on the bracket I'm pretty sure its on the right way. I'm going to check the bracket tomorrow if anyone has any suggestions on what it might be it would help a ton. Thanks

I was thinking maybe putting a smaller size belt on there its a 4060875 with powerworks call for i thought about putting a 4060870 maybe with will keep the tensioner tighter from moving so much at idle
(and i think my thread is in the wrong forum sry)

There's a brace for the supercharger, it has a cutout for the tensioner. If it's on wrong, the tensioner won't put enough tension on the belt.
