What's the difference between #1 & #5 and #3 & #4? Based on your current intercooler, I would go wider so that the fins take up the entire front section. If you go taller, the bumper will be blocking it from direct air.

Before you go larger on your IC what are you going to do about the bumper covering the IC your now worried about changing , If the direct air cannot get to it going larger isnt going to do anything

Hey, Tom
Would you stil be able to work with the same piping if i got a if I get the
4.-) 3.50'' thick x 7.90'' tall x 28.0'' wide
Item #: 5-375
MSRP #: $550.00
Hose Connection 2.50'' OD
500 HP
i dont want to get one that is too wide and the IC piping wont fit on the end tanks. Is 28inches too wide? or should i go for the 24in?

The difference between them is either the lenght or height....1) is only 20 across and has connector in the middle of the tank

3) Is 28 in across and has this end tank desing in the middles of the core( i dont like too much, cus it might hit rub the ground.

4)Is 28in across but has the end tank at the bottom of the core, which means he's gonna have to cut into the fender guard to hide it a little....which i dont care too much bout, but will be wide enough. LOOKING BEST AS OF NOW, unless it is too long across.

5) only 20 in, but end tanks are at the bottom of the core( this si prob. what I have now)

The core on my intercooler is 3x7x18 and its supports well over 350whp.... on a hot day I usually see less than 10* rise at WOT.
