Turbo header Cracks help

I have Tom's full turbo kit and I am battleing header crack issues. I pulled the header off once about 5 months ago and had the cracks welded up. But they came back. Any suggestions on what I can do to help prevent them when I have it re-re welded?

Cloud of black smoke and red tail lights, ya you got smoked.

Drill a small hole at the end of the crack and then weld it over...it'll stop the crack from continuing. All you're doing by welding them over is curing the symptom and not the cause.
