Exclamation Car won't turnover or start....electrical issue???

I took my battery out to install some new IC to TB piping and left it disconnected for a couple days. Once everything was done I reconnected the battery and get the usual spark from the neg side. I make sure everything is good to go and I go to crank it up and it won't start. The starter won't even turn over, no clicks nothing. Also the digital odometer reads -----. I thought maybe for some reason the ecu was wiped so I tried to reinstall the tune with my xcal 2 and when you get to the "Turn key on but DON'T Start" reading I go to turn the key on and the xcal2 does not recognize the key being turned on. HELP!!!!

I've checked fuse #8, ignition, and it's good. Everything works inside the car, lights, stereo, dash lights everything just like normal. I'm thinking I popped a fuse or relay when I connected the NEG battery terminal but I have no idea which one.

I posted this over in tech chat but I'm not getting anything back on it so I thought I'd post it over here to get some help from my fellow FI buddies...

fwiw my battery wont turn the starter when its under 12.2, so is it under or over 12.2?

there was also one time when there was more spark than usual when i put the neg cable back on, and the battery was shot...

you may want to try disconnecting for 30 mins and reconnecting, who knows maybe the ecu decided to say "I want a new battery" lol

what im trying to say there is (----) means the ecu is foobarred so just reboot it and it might get better.

I can't remember if it was under or over 12.3v so I will check it again. But first I'll leave it disconnected and try that. And there was more spark than usual too now that I remember....Thanks
