Greddy Type RS Blow Off Valve

Hello,
I have a greddy type RS Blow off valve and I'm having problems with compressor surge. The Valve is still pretty new. I have it set at the softest setting and I am still getting compressor surge below 10 PSI. I can hear it hissing when idling. The Vacuum line is intact and working. Is it suppose to hiss at idle or is it supposed to hold ALL of the vacuum?

Thank you,
Denny

Are you sure you have it hooked up to the right vaccuum port on the BOV itself??

I know I had mine hooled up wrong and it made noise and sounded like compressor surge, but it looks Bruno has it hooked up correctly so as long as your looks like that you should be good.
