what size turbo is best

What size is good for 300hp but can start at around 250ish. I need some ideas of good brands, model, and sizes to start my research.

Its a potato that looks like John Travolta Yes, I already know about the internals....they are on my list. I noticed the two turbos listed have internal waste gates. I read some where an external waste gate was better......?

you should be able to choose when you order the turbo weather it is internal or externally gated.

Most internal WG's can be made in to external WG's.
A good rule of thumb is whatever lb. per min the turbo is rated for multiply it by 10 and that is the HP rating. So it a turbo is rated for 35 lb. min it can do 350 hp.
