Turbo Help

ok almost go enough money for the kit. know im going to try and install this my self. anyone know of a good book to study and study again for this procedure. like what i need to know...

Which kit you getting? If you're getting the focus sport kit, all you need is a basic understanding of engines, and then print out and read the manual a couple times. And a buddy to help, just to speed things up. I had never done anything close to this, and it was not too bad.

If your not taking the motor mounts off you shouldnt need any support.

yes an engine brace, support stand, cherry picker, a-frame and caterpillar crane would be needed to do a turbo install, as the engine does way 2135.717 pounds. You may want to also get the help of 3-4 guys just to get the engine out and hold it steady as to not damage any of the fiberoptic wiring in the drivers side of the engine bay, that would be an expensive fix!

NO! You don't need any engine support, not for the focus sport kit. You do loosen ONE engine mount on the bottom, just to swivel the engine, to improve clearance above, while you're dropping in the turbo, but don't worry, it's not as bad as it sounds, and the engine can swivel with just your bare hands.
