i finally have my turbo setup and ready to goto mcnews tomorrow. as long as i stay in the vac side on my way down and take it easy i shouldnt do any engine damage right. also should i leave my mbc unhooked or just back it out all the way.

it wont hurt your car if you dont get into boost. the boost controller wont matter if your not going to get into boost any way. just let it all the way out.

Depending on the turbo size, and if you have many hills in Altoona it will be VERY difficult to stay out of boost.
I disconnected my wastegate actuator rod (internal wastegate) for the drive to my tuner and that worked perfectly.
The turbo hardly spins with the wastegate wide open like that.
