The only Focus antilag setup I've seen was on the WRC Focus.... you really dont want to run one like it has..... their turbos are toast after one race.

What the "antilag" does is when they let off the gas it goes RICH, and the fuel keeps burning into the turbo manifold.. plus a valve lets in cool air which helps keep the turbo spooled... basically the rich exhaust mixes with the cool air and EXPLODES in the manifold... keeping the turbo spooled.

others work by firing the injectors with the exhaust valves open, and when the fuel hits the red hot turbine blade in the turbo and the fuel explodes, the turbo stays spinning but also eats away at the turbo very quickly.

and i have seen some that change ignition timing to fire when the exhaust valve opens and the explosion will keep it spooled. none of the above are good on the turbo and like john said toasts them quick

Why doesn't anyone spray a little nitrous in the exhaust with fuel?
