Exclamation Bad experience with local shop

Well, I took my car to a local shop in WI, called C&M autos. I've done business with them before and did pretty good work. So my car wasn't running and he told me to bring it in around the end of may beginning of june. He said it would be done at the beginning of july well I called him around then and he said he was busy no luck. So I've called him every so often and told me he hasn't worked on it, but says there is a MAJOR issue, which I don't get because it ran fine before the new turbo and that's all i changed and now it won't idle. Everybody else i've talked to says it's the tune, but not this guy. So finally after 2 months of not working on it i'm like this needs to change. So he starts saying how "i threw this car at him" and that "it's a thorn in his side" that he has worked 5 unpaid hours but solved nothing other then checking the timing...5 HOURS! and that "i put a bunch of mumbo jumbo parts together and wanted him to wave his magic wand together and make it run" I was really mad after that...Seriously where do you take your car when it doesn't run...a shop like his! So i told him that I would take my car from him. I am so mad...it's sat there hoping to get fixed for over 2 months and now nothing. THe shitty part is too i'm leaving for Iraq in sept and just wanted to drive it a lil before I left for a year. Tell me what you guys think

are you sure you dont have a boost leak some where. running such through if you do your maf readings will be off. is your idle air control working right? do you have the stock size maf housing... if you do and you cant figure it out put the stock injectors back in and take the tune off and load the stock one and see if it will run. it actually idled better than mine until you revved it, lol.

i fixed a lot of mine by resetting the idle air control. it doesnt surge any more. but it still runs rich. but the o2 isnt reading for some reason.
