about time turbo install (please keep looking back will have a bunch of questions)

i have the manifold up in and the turbo up in. i have a few questions.

1 when i put the return line into the oil pan dose it matter where i put the bung

hmm well i thnk thats it for now there was anouther one but i lost it for the time.

2 pics will come up if people like when i can get pics online

3 the coolant lines im gonna tap it off the l/s coolant line from the tube from top of rad to the t-stat housing

4 ok it came to me the boost controller i'm gonna hook the one side to the
waste gate on my old turbo i had a fitting on the outlet piping to tb this turbo dont have one can i hook the other side of the bc to a vac line off manifold

will it hurt to run everything off the vac line between fuel rail and manifold
will be running bov,boost gauge and other side of my boost controller

You should run a dedicated line for the boost controller, and the other off the same one should be fine.... maybe get a vacuum block so it'll be easier to use.

Just be sure that your return bung is lower than the outlet of the turbo.. I put mine on the far left "bump" on the oil pan... it was the widest one and the easiest place to mount the return.

ok thank you where could i run a dedicated line for the boost controller. like i said my turbo dont have the hook up right at the outlet side like my old one did. so i have no clue waht to do about that.

well all i have left to do is hook the oil feed and retun up and the few mics vac lines then the fmic and piping. right now trying to get my piping setup as a blow threw

What I've done before is there are 2 vacuum lines going to the purge canister (round black plastic thing by the power steering fluid) I took off the plastic lines and replaced them with rubber ones then I just spliced into them.

for your boost controller ill look to see if i find what your talking about tomorrow then ill run everything elese off the line between fuelrail and manifold
cant watie to goto mcnews still woundring if i should up to the 60lbs or keep at 48lbs injectors guess it depends on the money i have at time lol ok well thank you again

ok anouther question i hate fi j/k i have the ford one step colder plugs i been running them awhile with no boost should i replace them or just use them there dont seem to be any probs with them just woundring

no they will be fine. i ran them with and with out boost with no problem. just make sure you set the gap to 35 after boost
