Procharger and Powerworks ?s

So,

In the spring im going F/I. either procharger or powerworks. I have a few questions if i go Procharger do i have to worry about anything with winters. I know it sits kinda low and my car is already lowered. Would i have to worry about anything if i was to get the procharger or would i be better of getting the powerworks.

Oh and if anyone is getting rid of one in the spring let me know thats when i plan on going F/I

Thanks
