Blow Through Maf Question....

Well ive gotten quite a few mixed reactions to using the upper portion of the AEM Cold Air Intake as part of my intercooler piping.

I had problems fitting the procharger MAF tube so I used the AEM tube.. yet another stealth device for the Procharger

Im using the Diablo sport MAFIA now.. have it pre-set on 3.

Now the question-

Will using the AEM upper portion as IC piping / maf tube (little over 2.5) have any negative effects?

I have already cut and modified the 3" MAF section that came with the kit but Ill have to re-do my piping from maf to IC to get it on there. I just want to know if I should take my time and re-do the piping or will it be a waste of time? I see a couple other people running the section but that doesnt mean it has no negative effects....

Im t-minus 6 days till my dyno and I want everything to go good.

Pic of AEM installed. I FINALLY found paint to match the AEM red and cant wait to paint the rest of the piping

I cant see it making alot of difference, as long as the flow is smooth it should be fine.
