I say yes but the problem is their is not enough room for a super in the duratec engine bay. Well at least for power works current models for the zetec to fit.

but we dont know what the size constraints would be... if you looked at the cossie IM you would say it wouldnt fit... thats why in the instructions you have to drop the cooling fans...

i started this poll to mainly see and or show the interest and maybe we can pass it onto someone with pull to try it...

I believe someone has actually already tried putting a super into a duratec and that was the main problem. Their is also someone over in the UK that is making a custom setup turbo but he is running into the room problems as well. He has been reconfiguring part of his engine bay just to fit.

I bet its possible to put one in but not without moving a bunch of things. You can make room in the engine bay its just theirs alot to do that. You could move the battery to the rear along with the fuses box, the intake would already be out for the turbo setup, put in a different coolant res., re-route all wiring and tubing. Their is a bunch of things it just doing that is not easy.

Im sure a super is possible but the amount of time and money companies would have to spend to produce one would be alot. I am all for trying to get some companies to try and produce one but personally I dont have the money to spend on a super. I could see myself spending the money for a focus sport tubro stage 2 but the cost for a super if they produced one would be expensive.

power work's has a super for the duratec they made it and brought it to focus in the field two year's ago. it would have costed 7-9000 for super not incu. the intercooler they will nnot do and will never do it unless some has it custom done threw them which would cost well over five digits from what they told me
