New tune... yeah baby!

well finally got my fuel return setup complete and everything is workin pretty good took it up to tom and got her tuned..... yeah baby.... 357.6 whp she pulls insane in 4th gear you cant count in increments of 5 as fast as she climbs...... now i just need some better tires.....lol Ill tell you what though 357 is alot to handle.....lol Oh and the tq he was havin probs with because of my coil pack but at 310whp the tq was about 355 so he said it should be around 380 wtq......

He didnt mention that he did a budget return fuel system that works great and made roughly 70psi of fuel PSI at peak boost with his 1 to 1 regulator with the stock ZX3 factory pump

Using the stock fuel lines and EVAP line as the return line a quick switch in the tuning software to tell the ECU it had a return system up the fuel pump duty cycle and it worked the first time

I have felt all along that the stock ZX3 pump was up to par and the only thing holding it back was the ECU and the way it controled it and the intank return fuel system the Focus has

When first tuned he had a B-A-P and it still wouldnt hold enough fuel psi he still has the B-A-P hooked up and we didnt have time to play with it with out the B-A-P but I dont think it is needed anymore

I think he did all this for less then 500.00 he can chime in and say the cost

The down side is you have to keep the tak at 2/3 or fuller or you have fuel cut off issues he is testing a few ideas on this I told him about and we will see what happens
