SVT Procharger 10psi Belt Size....

So I have EVERYTHING installed, route the belt leaving it off the PS pump and pull the tensioner.

SH**!!! The belt is just to short to put on. The belt that fits and came with my kit has all the writing worn off so no way to figure size. So I go down to autozone and he give me a belt that is just a LITTLE to short in length size - k6 1005

I did a little research and found that people are using k6 1020 to k6 1025

I headed in the right direction?

Thanks again!

-Rick

^^^102.5 should be for 8PSI ....pulley size for it is 2.62"..your is 2.55" so it should be fine. I have 8PSI and 102.5 was slipping (but belt could be destroyed at that time) so I bought 101....it was tight but it fit and wwas cheaper then 102.5 .....already > 2000km on it no problem.....so, 101 is the smallest you can fit I think with your/mine setup....

1025 and 1020 are used with the 10lbs pulley ONLY if you have the 5.7" Crank Pulley intalled too.
