start buying a nice set of tools and a jack w/ jack stands. oh, and $$. don't forget $$$.
think about your transmission after you install the supercharger. can it handle the new power?

A clutch should be high on your priorities.

clutch and a differential like a Quaife or Torsen. The internals on these motors can take quite a bit of power, if tuned properly!! Be prepared to spend a good amount of money on that as well.

stage 3+ clutch is all you will ever need. i wouldnt do a flywheel just have the stock one resurfaced.A torsen diff would be good, while you are at it i would replace the syncronizers. Esp if it has over 60,000 miles. A good set of cam gears for tuning. if you are over 80,000 miles i would go ahead and replace the timing belt.

if it is running race gas......i wouldnt suggest putting the bbk on it just yet.. If theres an extra...1500.00-2000.00 laying around i say do 9:1 comp pistons .20 over..eagle rods..clevite main/rod bearings. i would also have the pistons calico coated. Check around for a reputable machine shop to have your block bored.

i would also look into getting a catch can... not expensive and worth it. Autometer 30 30 or 30 20 boost gauge.. dosent matter. i dont see you pulling anything over 20psi on a roots supercharger ( correct me if im wrong) . A aem eugo and a oil pressure gauge. you should monitor these 3 things at all times.
