Turbo feed line

I'm runing T3T4 turbo and started the car yesterday for the first time. I see some blueish smoke come out when ever I rev the engine. I purchased the turbo new and my friend suggested that the selas are bad?? Shoul I've been using a restrictor?

try a restrictor mine did same thing with a a new turbo and i put the restrictor in it fixed the smoking
