Turbo vs. Powerworks?

I was just about to order a Powerworks Supercharger, but I thought I should get some info before I did. Which would be better all around, a turbo kit, or the Powerworks Super? I'm looking for hp (I'd like to be in the 300 range after a few more mods), tq, longevity (I don't want to fix my car all the time or have it die in a year), 1/4 mile, speed, etc... Any input would be great, thanx.

well if you want 300 hp then a turbo because i dont think youll ever get that hp out of a pw let alone anywhere near that tq. I would have to say that a turbo is what you want.

either: CDSilver5DoorSVT has an svt that is making 282whp with a smaller pulley 2.4 i think, and his wifes car "zx3 zetec" is makeing 267 with the big boost kit wich is a 2.6 i think. So you sould be able to put the 2.4 pulley on your a zetec with some mods and make 270's
