i would cut 5-6 degrees of timing and make the wet nozzle slightly richer

If I were you I would borrow someones wideband to monitor the afr at WOT. You need to make sure that you dont run lean while spraying. I dont give a crap what NX tells you. They know their stuff but, a wideband knows your car!!!! I would recommend getting some plugs that are 1 or 2 degrees colder. You may want to (as said above) pulling a few degrees of timing. The rule of thumb I usually stick to is pulling 2 or 3 degrees (as a starting point) per 50 shot. If you have a chance you may want to check your plugs just in case. You play around with adding a degree of timing at a time, spraying then cutting the engine and checking plugs. Just remember, each degree of timing could be 10 to 15whp OR your motor, so be careful. I would start with a 50 shot and play with timing and fuel, then step up to tuning the 75 shot.

Just my .02 :P

Good advice Matticus, 75 shot on a stock zetec could be asking for trouble but if you take the proper precautions you should be able to get away with it.

How did you manage to do that? I know the purge isnt regualated by any type of pill but, the stainless tube that comes off of it should be pointed out of the car and in no way resembles anything that should be drilled into your intake. Did you forget to put pills in the nozzle maybe?

If you are getting a nx kit, make sure to use the WOT switch. If you are on a momentary switch and arent used to it, you could accidently lift your foot while still spraying and have a nice back fire out of the intake side of your motor. I used to have mushroomed filter laying around somewhere from a nice experience with someone elses car. LOL You dont have to use a blow down tube per say, I dont. But, it is unsafe because you arent spraying medical grade laughing gas. Use a bottle heater like you use the nitrous. Nitrous is dependant on pressure 900-1100 is ideal pressure. Also use the fuel cut-off switch. Its not 100% needed but, it is there for the safety of your motor and very easy to wire in. NX has retard proof instructions on their site so, follow them and you will not have any problems.

OMG this is why nitrous gets a bad name. Anyone with 400 dollars and 2 hours can slap together nitrous on their car. No safety precautions or anything. Please research and talk to people who have used nitrous before installing it.
