Jackson Racing s/c

Hey guys,

I am considering getting an 04 svt focus and want to know how much on average does a jackson racing s/c add since i saw two different expected gains from two different sites. one site said like 200 hp and another said 230, and thats quite a bit of a diff. Also do you guys find these cars to be pretty fun in stock form?

Thansk, alot

200 is the base kit and 230 may be with the BBK or Big boost kit.

If you are getting the jackson def go with the BBK for an extra 500 bucks you get around 30 hp at the wheels. Most people would say that this is worth the money. just doa search for the jackson supercharger with bbk and you will find everything you are looking for

I think it just boils down to choice at at the end'. You'll enjoy the results' whatever package you get. 'Just make sure you get a good tune to work with whatever setup you opt for. Personally, I love the JRSC+BBK because it's a good "turnkey" solution, and highly reliable. Even though it's not intercooled, in my experience, the JRSC gives you pretty consistent power. Happy shopping'!

Yeah, Base and with BBK. Also, yes, the Stock SVT is a blast to drive. Listening to the awesome exhaust rev up then switch runners with the dual stage intake manifold at 5.5k is pure beauty to the ears. Also, its got a 6 speed... enough said. Whole bunch of bang for the buck!

It is still street legal with the BBK. It does nothing but up the boost and give you a better tune. but it is def worth the money. The whole jackson kit was done with ford so it is a great kit and is very reliable.
