The question is.. Will it detonate?? If it doesn't then you are fine, premium fuel only, and colder spark plugs will help. I would think you may have to pull some timing out of the motor to make it live with that. Not sure with a zetec..

I want to run a 50 to 75 shot for drag racing, what kind of times can I expect if I am running 15.78 now and do I need to do anything else to my engine if I am going to run 75? I know I need to get colder spark plugs and I plan on changing my wires and coil. Anything else? Thanks.

Mid 14's if the tires will stick. You need to tap the fuel direct from the inlet, NOT the fuel rail with a 75 shot. A 50 seems to be safe. make sure you run a fuel pressure safety switch inline with the system. As long as you can keep enough fuel going to the jets a 75 is okay. Have fun!!!

A 50 would be fine....just make it wet.. That is some high milage , but if the engine has no issues it should be fine
