Gas Mileage Mods?

What types of mods will help out the best with getting better gas mileage while also adding gains in horse and torque. Just for the sake of everyones input lets say I have an unlimited budget (I don't really, but lets just say I do) and I have all the time in the world (don't have that either) to work on installing the mods so please tell me how long these mods will take for me to install myself. Thanks for everyones input in advance!

-Dan

besides converting the car to run on hydrogen, I don't think there are any mods that will give you both MPG and performance -- they will either flow more air or fuel, the bane of high MPG.

Only in instances where the intake or exhaust element you were replacing was extremely restrictive? Or in general? 'Cause it seems to me if you're putting more air into the motor you'll be using more fuel...

Hard skinny tires and drive in your bare feet for pure MPG

Push or pull the car, then you'll get really good mileage.

But seriously, save your money to buy gas. Ease up on the accelerator, get tint for your windows, and frequently check your tires for correct PSI. Studies have shown that 55mph on the freeway is the best speed for fuel efficiency.

Thanks everyone. I guess one more mpg isn't really that big of a deal in the whole scheme of things and there is definitely no way I'm going 55 on the freeway just to get 10 more gallons out of the tank, lol! I'll just worry about performance and not mpg because that's more fun. Thanks for the help everyone!
