Angry Squealing Breaks

PLEASE HELP !
I PURCHASED MY 1.6 LTR FORD FOCUS BRAND NEW LAST YEAR AND EVER SINCE, THEN I HAVE THIS VERY DISTINCT SQUEALING NOISE THAT COMES FROM MY FRONT BREAKS. AT 3000 KMS THE DEALERSHIP SKIMMED THE ROTORS. BUT THE SQUEALING WAS BACK ALMOST RIGHT AWAY. THE SQUEALING STILL PERSISTED. THE CAR NOW HAS 39,000 KMS AND THE NOISE IS STILL EMITTING FROM THE FRONT BREAKS. THE DEALERSHIP HAVE CHANGED THE PADS 3 TIMES UNDER WARRANTY AND ARE RUNNING OUT OF PATIENCE. THE BEST THEY CAN DO FOR ME IS TO TELL ME THAT THE SQUEALING NOISE ARE CHARASTERTICTS OF THE BREAK PADS. THEY REFUSE TO ENTERTAIN MY COMPLAINTS AND SINCE I HAVE ONLY 20,000 KMS LEFT UNDER WARRANTY I AM LEFT WITH NO CLEAR ANSWERS EXCEPT A BRAND NEW CAR WITH SQUEALING BREAKS. IF ANY BODY OUT THERE HAS ANY HELPFULS HINTS OR SUGGESTIONS AS TO WHAT TO DO, PLEASE LET ME KNOW.
IF IT MATTERS, THE CAR IS OF EUROPEAN SPECS AND MADE IN SPAIN FOR THE EUROPEAN REGION. I LIVE IN THE MIDDLE EAST IN THE UNITED ARAB EMIRATES.
PLEASE HELP.

Mine has started doing this as well recently -- very annoying. I think there were a few other posts related to this issue, but I don't remember what conclusions were drawn. I wonder if it could be the pad material?

I'm not reading that, do you know how many Internet laws you are breaking by typing in all caps?

Don't type in all caps.

Are you sure it's not the rear drums? Mine have squealed first thing in the morning or when cold since day one. It's a fairly common thing on the Focus. If you do a search you'll find more on this.

JRN146 > > > Very sure thay the noise is coming from the front. If there was a problem with the PAD material, then it should be upto FORD to recall them and change them, right ? cause that squealing noise is down right annoying, especially if your car is still under warranty.

I have gotten word back from the FORD Regional Office here in the Middle East from a Mr. Dan Resneck, who faxed me a page out of a "Lincoln" owers manual, whereby it states that
"Occasional break noise is normal and often goes not indicate a performance concern with the vehicle's break system. In normal operation, automative break systems may emit occassional or intermittent squeal or groan noises when the breaks are applied. Such noises are usually heard during the first few break application in the morning; however, they may be heard at any time while breaking and can be aggravated by environmental conditions such as cold, heat, moisture, road dust, salt or mud." When I checked my FORD FOCUS owners manual and read everypage, I came up with noting.
What can I do now. He accepts no responsibility and told me that I should have read the "Owners Manual" before I bought the car, whereby it states clearly that there will be noise from the break system.
