Replace keychain battery?

Alright, this may be a rediculously stupid question, but is there any specific way to go about replacing the battery in the keychain door opener? Mine is dying, but I don't want to screw it up. Thanks!

Doesn't the back pop off (like a remote) or has a tiny screw holding it? Then I assume the battery is one of those flat disc-shaped ones like they sell for watches. Never had to replace mine though, so this is all conjecture.

I am going to assume that this is a Ford keyless entry remote. While my car doesn't have it, I've replaced countless numbers of these batteries over the years (worked as a photo lab manager at Eckerd when I was in college). Here's how you do it.

Should be a 2032 or 2025 clock battery. You can get them at any drug store (eckerd/cvs/walgreen's/etc). Remove the metal loop from the remote. You can use your key to pop it open (there should be a gap between the two loops where the metal loop for the keychain goes through. From there, it's self explanatory.

Just grab one corner of the remote and pop it open. Here is a picture of what it looks like inside.
