Angry Wrecked!!!!!!!

Well I just got my Alternator replaced last night and was going to Napa to get my Core Charge back. It was a 2 lane Highway rated at 55MPH. I was out cruising doing the speed limit and i was comming up on this guy in a Green Tempo rather quickly, Musta been out for a Sunday Cruise, so i figured i'd pass him in the left lane. Well when i do, he decides to turn left in front of me WITH NO TURN SIGNAL!!!!!!!! I had to make a split second decision on what i should do. Either hope for the Best and try to complete my pass before he turns, Nail him right in the Drivers Side Door, Clip him in the Drivers side Rear Quater Panel or Hit a Ditch on the right side of the road. I choose to hope for the best and try to get in front of him. I did and this is what happened. His cars front bumper hit my car on the right front fender and all the way down the rear passenger side wheel. To make matters worse, that made the tail end of the car swing out and i took out 2 mailboxes. 1 Just so happened to be a 3 inch STEEL Pipe and the other one was a rubbermaid cheapie. Both Mailboxes ended up 75 feet from where they stood. This caused the damage on the drivers side of the car. The First mailbox hit my drivers side mirror, shatter the Drivers side rear glass door and the mailbox broke off on the inner frame of my rear Drivers side window and my rear quater panel and my drivers side rim.

Me and him and his 2 passengers are fine. Top things off, this particular NAPA was closed on Sundays! So i would known that, this would never happened!!!

Now THIS IS THE KICKER!!! The Bastard Dropped his insurance FRIDAY!!!! Luckily I only have a $100 Deductable which covers that. The cops sited him for not using his turn signal. My only happiness is that he looses his license for atleast 90 days

Without Further Ado......here's the pics

dude, that really sucks, and i hate to say it but hitting him was better than taking your car into a ditch...if you damaged your car that way youd have to claim it as your fault unless someone else sae w it... (this happened to me a few months ago and i had to claim 3800 in damages)

how much damage was done to his car?
