Please HELP!! Bad Maintanence???

I took my 2003 ZTS to a Ford Dealership for service on Tuesday. 15000 maintancence ((yes, I have LOW miles on my Foci - 20k to be exact)). They flushed my throttle body and fuel injectors. On Tuesday, my car was REALLY slow at accelerating. I'd hit the gas - it would barely go then all of a sudden it would kick in and ZOOM. Today, I was backing out of my drive way first thing in the morning to go to work and when I put it into drive...IT DIED!?!?! It started right back up with no problems - I called up Ford and the guy basically said "since everything was cleaned out, things have moved, and the computer is getting used to the adjustments." I asked him if they should have reset my computer and he said "No, it normally self-adjusts itself." DOES THIS SOUND LIKE A LOAD OF BS TO EVERYONE?!
I am really getting worried...please help.

Actually, the computer will eventually adjust itself, but the problems you described dont sound like computer issues to me. sounds more like the didnt recconect something, like maybe you're throttle cable or something like that.

To someone who actually knows for sure, do they have to remove the throttle cable to flush the TB? IF it were improperly attached, would it cause stuttering, bogging, stuff like that?

Somewhat BS, somewhat not. Sounds like the injector cleaner is still going though the system which can cause a rough idle. Same goes when you clean your MAF the wrong way or with to much cleaner, it'll mess up the idle a bit.

The computer does adjust to the car but if things dramatically change, you'll get a CEL possibly as it'll be 'quite different' from what the car is normally used to, hense what sound like what is happenning to you.

If it doesn't go back to normal over the next couple days once all the cleaner is out of the system, then I'd contact them again.
