go for the performance mods first imo.... all the visual stuff is nice and all, but spend the money one power first, then worry about looking good..

^^Thats what im doin. All go, then show. If youve noticed, all of the really fast imports typically arent flashy. I raced a shitty lookin civic hatch, it was fast, i almost lost. All other civics I raced have been hooked up and they lost miserably.

Plus, Im a fan of the "sleeper" look.

Friend of ours had a CRX. Twin Turbo and a CUSTOM engine. Being road legal he was laying down low 10's to high 9's on a good day. What did the car look like? Rattle-can black, tattered seat (yes, one seat) and plain ol' steel wheels. Talk about a sleeper.

In a back issue of import tuner I have, there was a 500+ whp civic hatch that had front lip mods (just like carbon fiber fins added to the front bumper) small spoiler, and it was lowered on generic lookin rims. Interior was racing seats and mild asthetics. Car wasnt hooked up much, just the motor. Thing ran sick times, I dont remember right now. Watch out for shitty lookin civics sometimes!
