Exclamation one more reason not to trust ...

This is an account of a recent experience. I had an accident, and had taken my car to Randy's Autobody in Hebron, KY. And while customer service and other complaints could fill another thread, I would like to focus on a couple of things.

I get the car back two and half weeks later than he had said because he kept getting the wrong (cheap aftermarket) parts for the SVT; they would not (thankfully) fit. I immediately take it to a shop I do trust to get an alignment and overall check, and they find a bent trailing arm and two loose tie rods. So they do their thing, and I leave.

But the car still isn't right. It still pulls, and there's a lot noise when turning to the right. Finally, I get fed up and pull the wheels myself. The rotors needed turning anyway. When the right front wheel comes off, I notice that there's sticker over the inside of the wheel where it meets with the hub. I pull it off to find that the hubcentric ring is not even sat it place completely; it was only half in.

These wheels were put on at Randy's...

I'm seeing a trend here...

Just goes to show, somtimes it is best to check it out yourself. If you don't know about your car, learn.
