Which generation of Civic Si? And what are we voting for exactly? Which one we like better?

I have driven both, and I still pick the SVTF, the only thing is when I drove the SVTF, the salesman didn't tell me where Reverse was, so I had to figure it out for myself he just threw me the keys and said have fun so I did.

I've driven both and I'm not impressed with the SI but I haven't driven one of the new SI's.

I drove the new 06' SI and I was impressed. 8000 rpm redline, nice short ratio shifter, tight suspension, and a pretty cool interior, including nicely bolstered seats. At 197 HP from the factory you could easily squeeze more power out of it. For all of you "Honda haters" this is a really nice ride. I'm not going to trade my SVT in for one, but starting at around 20k this is a cool ride that comes packaged quite well...

The only Civic Si I have ever driven was the original one from 1986, so I guess I don't get to vote. It was a tremendously fun little car but obviously it can't compete with the SVTF.

The new '06 Si is a very nice car. Haven't had a chance to drive one yet, though, only sit inside and kick the tires a little bit. Liked the shifter action, and the seats were nice too. The double-layer dash is weird IMO, but maybe you get used to it.
