Got in an accident/what are my mod options/pics soon

Well I t-boned someone last night at an intersection going about 30, however it wasnt my fault because they were turning left going the opposite way and they just lost traction. I went right into the right side of his pick-up. Then a guy it me from behind but he had a big rubber coated brush guard and that went into my trunk. The damage in minimul but enough to bash the bumper, grill, hood, I think both fenders are wacked a lil, and then my trunk and maybe read bumper. No damage I could tell from the radiator support or even the headlights.

So I use to work at a body shop so I know the people pretty well, but what are my options of as far is getting different that the exact same part for replacement. I want an SVT front bumper and grill for sure. Im not sure about a different hood but I would like one if possible. Im gonna go with the same fenders I believe. then what about a rear bumper for the sedan, any options or should I just got stock.

How does insurance handle this. Nothing was my fault so I shouldnt have to pay and both the car and insurance is still in my fathers name.

I was pretty excited last night btw, my friends thought I was crazy.

Now I wasnt sure if they still gave out checks anymore. I thought you had to go with what the body shop reccomends and then you go from there. Any proof of this or the other idea or does it change my insurance carrier. Really all I want is the svt front but since their is no oem hood that is different than stock I would need to get aftermarket so how does that work.

In my experinces they just hand you a check and say so long its up to you if you want to fix your car and what not...i messed up my old blazer and they gave me a $1500 check and i never fixed it cause it wasnt worth it...so i see no reason you shouldnt be able to go with all the stuff you want as long as its in the budget of thier check

Here are some pics I took today. I did notice their is a crack in the radiator core support so that will need to be replaced but nothing even touched the raditor. The dent in the trunk is gonna be a fun one to fix for them. Enjoy!
