No he definatly won't win, I work for a firm who does work like this and I know Pitt and Dowety. They will rape this guy silly. Ford has no joke lawyers working for them. We have actually had many cases against them in which they have represented Ford employees, but the outcome is usually the same, the case is dropped, or settled for a very low amount of money. Usually ends up costing the sueing employee more than the settlement he gets.

When Ford has contracts written for them, they are ROCK solid, you'll see this "age discrimination" thing go down like a plane crash. I can't believe someone is actually trying to pull this off. Age discrimination based on what? -Your job level?- That was how the layoffs were made, not based on age. Jeez! I'm going to try and get some more news on this from the Wayne County Circuit Court and see what is actually going on.
