smashed Focus+Bronco II = smashed front end

well i havnt been on in the last two weeks but alot has happened. two weeks ago this friday i pulled out of my road onto another road (one lane roads) and there was a big spruce tree that hangs out into the road, well it blocked my view so i couldnt see but there was a bronco two coming down the hill so i didnt see him till i was almost all the way out in the road. by the time i saw him it was to late he slammed on the brakes but he just slid down the hill and i tried to back up and all my tires did was spin out. He slammed into the front end of my car smashing the front end. His bumper came accross the top of mine smashing in every thing to the motor doing $8960 worth of damage to the car. good news is though is that my car should be out of the shop by the end of next week.

Ill tell you what its hard to go to school work and try to get your wife to work on time with only one vehicle. I cant wait untill i get my car back

well i still plan on putting on an exhaust system here this spring. Hopefully though in the next couple weeks after i get the car i will finish putting in my stereo.

In a way i was hoping they would total it because of how much i owe lol but since its not it looks like i will continue on with my plans. hopefully soon i will get some pictures posted but i dont have internet service at my house yet so i wont be able to get some pics online for a bit. i just moved so im still getting settled.

The focus REALLY needs something to protect the engine. I understand they want to make a crumple zone, but the crashes are ridiculous. My Focus got almost 5000 in damage from a fender bender where every other car involved got tiny scratches. The car I hit literally had no damage, not even to the exhaust, and the car that hit the back of me only had a bent hood...

The Foci just sit too low and let the other car get on top of the hood.
