My drivers and passengers seat do this. I have found that it is the plastic trim over the seat rails. Usually does it more when coming to a stop. Temp seems to affect them as well. I took them off, no noise. I put them back because it looks better and now I know what the cause is. I hate unknown noises!

My 2005 ST does it, but only the driver's seat squeaks. And it's associated with acceleration and deceleration. I took it to the dealer to get the oil changed and told them about it - they said they greased the seat track, but two thousand miles later it reappeared. I'm gonna have a friend of mine look into it for me :D
