Got the notice, went today for an o/l/f and tire rotation. I have a couple other issues that need to be addressed and made an apt. for the recall and them. The service advisor I dealt with said so far they've not had to replace any latches at their store, but I still want to get it checked of course.

The TSB for long crank/hard starting on the 2.0/2.3 Duratec with the manual tranny, and my 9006 head unit (sony with 6 cd) sucks on occasion. It skips, jumps from one cd to the next, often reads "bad disc" upon startup, etc etc...comes and goes in level of annoyance, but I figured why not have them swap it out, which is what they're going to do. The Service Advisor wasn't a bit suprised...lol it's a real common issue I guess. I go in the first week in Jan to get everything taken care of.

do you have any shifting issues with your car?

do you experience the "hard clutch" after driving for a while?

do you experience the cruising speed intermitten miss ever?

pextor....only shifting issues is that sometimes when it's VERY cold out, and the car isn't fully warmed up, there's occasional noise (mild grinding) at low speeds, shifting back into first, but I think thats more me rushing things than any fault of the car. And to your other two questions - no to both.

Yes I've done this recall. It's kind of blah. Had to replace a couple hinges myself. ILuvMyZX3 hasn't heard about it or gotten a notice about it since it's only for 4 doors in the rest belt.
