2011 Focus Best Year??

According to this site the 2011's are the most reliable......and the last 2 years but they haven't been out long.

As far as I am concerned the 2011 Focus is near the top of best Focus vehicles ever. I have owned 6 since 2000 and my 2011 SES is the most reliable. Mine is just coming up on 120K miles with the 2.0 Duratec auto trans. Tires, front brakes and oil/trans fluid changes has been it for 5 years. Rear brakes still good at almost 120K. No problems at all. My 2002 ZX5 made it 13 years and 225K miles before selling but this 2011 should be good for 300K or more and I will make sure it does that.

Moved to General Car Chat Lounge, not a repair question for General Tech Chat.

2003 is worst, eh? For the cheap & easy Ign. lock fix.....

And car owners are nutz - note the MkIII NHTSA Engione complaints vs. trans. complaints.

Yes they also said the 2002 was bad but my 2002 ZX5 went 225K miles in 13 years with a window regulator, wheel bearing and ignition coil the only problems. It was a great Focus except when my wife took a deer out with the front end(only light damage) and also drove over a just killed bear cub in the road. I still don't know to this day how that Focus went over that bear cub....lol....It was running great when I sold it last year.

Seems like your wife has to watch out for wildlife.
