Who recommended them? Oh yea forgot.

This isn't a personal attack, but someone was talking about them highly. I posted soon after saying not to use a company like this for a mail order chip, this is why.

So now you have to get it reburned. Its a lesson hopefully you will remember when dealing with this kind of thing in the future, good luck.

I have e-mailed them plenty of times trying to ask questions about their products and they never answer. I have black balled them on my own list.

wait, if they're sending you a new chip, what's the big deal? sounds like they're at least trying to do something for you.

in any event, i've heard enough negative feedback about these guys that i won't shop there. when will these ******* aftermarket companies figure out that word-of-mouth is more golden than anything else? you lose credibility there and your business will go right down the crapper. guaranteed.

Mike

I originally ordered my DiabloSport chip from RPM Outlet two summers ago, and at the time they bent over backwards to help me get everything right. When I ordered it, I assumed that certain settings would be changed (most notably, the speed limiter), but when I got it, I still hit the wall at 108mph. I called them, and they said "Send it back, we'll reburn it for free." A couple days later, I had a freshly reburnt, ready-to-go Diablo chip slapped onto my ECU The problem I'm having now is that they no longer support the older chip style, having switched over to the newer Delta/Flipchip-type switched design. I don't really hold them accountable for this, as the technology changed and I got left behind I'll just have to get it reburnt at McNews.

Don't feel bad. They did the same to me. No rev or speed limiters removed when I specifically asked. They wanted reburn fee to remove speed and rev limiter, which was asked to be removed when I bought it.
