I don't know why they can't ever keep it like the concept car. That's what people see and that's what they like, then they come out with the "production version" and it looks totally different. Tell you the trueth now it just looks like they just changed the front-end styling and taillights and put it on the current production car. I still like it though, I just like the concept a whole lot better. I like how the GT's get the lights in the grill, that's a nice addition. One thing I don't like is the HUGE mirrors those belong on a truck.

i think the reason for the differances between concept cars and production models is practicallity. the concept cars are pretty much some artists imagination. the production cars actually have to be produced. car companies are also all about making money, and there plan is to do whatever will make them the most money. i think they save quite a bit in production costs buy mass producing production models instead of concept cars.

i personally like the production model better anyway

I'm just talking about the styling. Look at concept's headlights and the whole upper grill, it's all slanted forward and looks real mean. Then you look at the production and all that is nearly lost. It's only the Domestics that do drastic changes to the production vehicles. And I don't know what it is but the wheels on the production vehicle are Fugly.

The grille-mounted foglights evoke 1968 Shelby GT and the 1969 Mach 1. According to the February issue of Motor Trend Magazine.

I like the new 05 Mustang's, I think it's a good change and move for Ford.
