Wiper Function Question?

I am perplexed.

I live in denver, where we get snow, and inevitably... splash back. why on earth when i try to clean my window is there a dely before the last time my wiper goes? all that manages to do is smear my nice, pretty, clean, winshield that i can acutally see through. Is this normal? Is there a way i can stop this?

GRRR! for some odd reason, i actually like being able to see where i am going.

I actually kind of like it becouse after I spray the window there is always a little more that runs down from the top of the window and the last delayed wipe gets it.

I agree with Rockn&rolln, I kind of like the way it gets the runoff from the washer fluid... no real issues with smearage here.

I like it too, it gets the flow back that the first set of wipes doesn't get. I try not to use my fluid to get the splash back off, I usually get behind a truck and if the splash back is wet enough it cleans off good.
