Interior Blemish

Anybody have a suggestion on repair a very small (but irritatingly noticable) tear in the front passanger door vinyl? My focus is only 6 months old and I managed to pierce the door with some wood base for my kitchen floor. Thinking of buying some paint. My car is Sangria/maroon with charcoal gray interior. Suggestions? Help!!

You can go to a craft or hoppy shop and get a vinyl repair kit. Basiclly it is a liquid vinyl, and you use the supplied colors to match, also included is a few texture swatches, you choose the one that matches your texture (grain) and place it over the repair. When it dries, you pull the swatch off ............ there you have it.
You could also check the "As Seen on TV" store, they use to sell them. We have one in a mall nearby.
Or you could talk to the dealer and ask who they use to do repairs, almost all dealers that sell used cars use a interior repair person.
Good luck hope it works out for you.

I've heard that those vinyl repair kits aren't bad and do a decent job. You can't even tell that there was a tear. Give it a shot and let us know how it turns out!
